Made of glow-in-the-dark rubber, its painted with a blacklight responsive paint to produce a variety of glowing effects. The accompanying images depict the ghouls in both normal light, glowing in a light blue hue, and under a blacklight, emitting a ghostly blue with hints of green ectoplasm.
