At The Horror Dome, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase, but if your item is haunting you in the wrong way, we offer returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all masks, props, or costumes are protected to avoid damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the return shipping label and drop the package off at your nearest carrier location; we recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
